Evolution is a scientific theory that is the interpretation of the collective body of evidence formed from observations and experimentation. Verifiable observation is what becomes a scientific fact and multiple facts help develop the foundation of a scientific theory.

Evolution is a scientific theory, as stated above.  A theory normally cannot be proven or dis proven by scientific means.  As you will likely not ever see anything evolve before your eyes, it is unable to be proven as a fact.

Evolution and science fact : I think have a relation, if theres no evolution so theres no science fact... Evolution is one of science fact :) IMO :)
