i downloaded them into itunes u but the correct order does not show. when i try to access directly from the web site, the video does not start. thank you.

If you are using internet explorer as your browser I would try to use google chrome or firefox. A quick google search will find both for you and the installation for either is painless.

I'm using Safari, so far no luck but going to try my home computer next. Thanks!
