g/ -5 < –18

OpenStudy (anonymous):

g < –23 g > –90 g > 90 g < 90

Do you mean:\[\frac{ g }{ -5 } < -18\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

If you multiply both sides by -5, you will also have to change the direction of the inequality sign, so you get: \[\frac{ g \times (-5) }{ -5 } > (-18) \times (-5)\]which gives: g > 90 and that's the answer.
