[Simple clarification needed] Okay this is stupid question but here goes: Make x the subject of the formula: 1/b + 2b/x = 2 okay it goes like this: 2b/x = 2 - 1/b 2b/x = (2b - 1) / b <- where does extra b come from and how? x(2b - 1) = 2b^2 x = 2b^2 / (2b - 1)

oh, getting right common denominator solved it.
