Oh I see, each answer has two numbers in it. So I think it's asking what is the lateral area and the total area of the triangular prism?

Lateral Area = 2(4)(13) + 2(4)(4) = 136 m^2 The bases = 2(4)13) = 104 m^2 Add the lateral area to the bases to get total surface area: 136 m^2 + 104 m^2 = 240 m^2
