MIT 6.01SC Introduction to Electrical Engineering and Computer Science I

I am Alexander Griffiths, a Systems Administrator, I have interest in studying Introduction to Electrical Engineering and Computer Science but do not have physics and programming background. How best can I study the course online.

6.00 and 6.149 both give introductions to programming at a more basic level than this. The physics department is 8.00. Already having the physics background, but trying to learn CS I don't know the course numbers for MIT's physics courses. But I think that the introduction physics course and the E&M course are probably good places to start. In summary: Look at 6.00 or 6.149 to learn how to program, look at Intro Physics and Electricity and Magnetism in the 8.00 series. Then you can come back to this.
