Hi i have a question on integration: Find the volume of the solid formed by rotating through two right angles about the line x=2 and the area bounded by curve y=x²-4x+5 and the line y=5. the answer should be 8π. i know i have to set the boundaries condition but can't work out what they are and how to start, i would appreciate any help thanks.

Rotating through two right angles? So rotating by pi radians?

First thing is first, I would graph the two curves for y. http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=y%3Dx%5E2-4x%2B5%2C+y+%3D+5

fortunately, it looks like x=2 is a line of symmetry for the parabola.

from which two points do i intergrate the function

sorry silly question everything from th graph is self explanatory thanks a lot buddy
