i have two reasons left in my proof. anyone wanna help? medal included, and so is pic :)

because it is symmetrical about the y axis everything to the left of the centreline is the same as everything to the right of it. If you reflect BAD in the y axis it becomes CAD therefore we prove they must be equal. so they have the same length. the same argument can be used to explain why BD = CD
