please tell me if I am on the right path.. “If I write a check, it will bounce; but the check will not bounce whenever the bank guarantees my check. The bank decides to guarantee my check. Therefore, I decide not to write a check.” a) Write this argument in symbolic form using , and as its component statements. Specify these three components explicitly. Let p= I write a check Let q= It bounces Let r= Bank will guarantee my check
I think you are on the right path. However, I think your teacher posed a clumsy exercise: the early statements should back your 'therefore' statement, or make an argument for it. So you probably are write, I don't like the question.
