2y + 10 + 7y < 19
9y + 10 < 19
9y < 19-10
9y < 9
y < 1........And now similarly if it is greater than 19 then it would be

9y > 9

so, y is less than or greater than 1. Any number except 1 would be y.

y = {-infinity,..., -3, -2, -1, 0, 2, 3, 4, ....., infinity}
