One way to do this is just pick a point in the valid region (the green region) and enter it into each system of inequalities and check both are true.

You can already eliminate two equations, the ones that use > or < signs, since the lines are solid lines not dashed lines, which means that the inequalites must use the >= or =< signs. The second and third options use > or < signs, so those two aren't valid answers, so it's the first or last.

So substitute in y=0 and x=-9 into these:

which gives
