f

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let f(x) = y => y = (3-4x)² then Replace every (x) with a (y) and Every (y) with an (x) then solve for (y)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First, replace f(x) with y y = (3 – 4x)² Then, change x and y x = (3 – 4y)² solve for y x^1/2 = 3 - 4y 4y = -x^1/2+ 3 y = (-x^1/2+ 3)/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x = (3-4y)² => +-sqrt(x) = 3 - 4y now make it look like this y = a x + b
