I'll assume you want it simplified. cot(x) is equivalent to cos(x)/sin(x), so the first term cancels out to cos(x). sin(pi/2-x) is equivalent to cos(x) also. So the entire thing simplifies to cos(x)-cos(x)+cos(x), or just cos(x).
