Unable to see drawing.  Generally, however:

1) Calculate the aree of the rectangle.

2) Calculate the area of the two quarter circles.  If they are the same size, you may need only the area of one half circle - adding together the two quarter circles.  If they intersect, that could be a little trickier.

3) Subtract the circular area from the rectangular area.
