First of all, her budget is $29.5 .. Whatever she does, she has to pay $19 .. So, the remaining thing would give you the amount that she could use .. $(29.5 - 19) = $10.5 It is given that she is charged $0.07 per minute.. now use unitary method .. i.e $0.07 ---> 1 minute $1 ------> 1/0.07 minutes $10.5 ---> ?
