Given the domain values { -2, 0, 2 }, find the range values for the function y = 6x – 3.

OpenStudy (kainui):

A domain is just a fancy way of saying possible x-values you can choose. So in this case, you can only choose -2, 0, and 2 for x. Range is similar, it's just all the y-values you can get from all your domain values. In order to find these out though, you'll have to plug them in and find them out. Does that make sense?

yes thank you
