9h+2<-79

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the answer is -9

With equations, you want to do the same thing to both sides. So to get the h's on their own, simply take away 2 from both sides! So you're left with 9h<-81 If you divide both sides by 9 then you've got h on it's own, as h<-9 Make sense?

Similar problem, but with different numbers 7h+9<-82 7h<-82-9 7h<-91 h<-91/7 h < -13
