This is a problem in similar triangles. See if you can find a pair of similar triangles, one which involves the tree and one which involves the side of the building. Remember that two triangles that both have the same angles are similar.

If the building is 120 feet and the tree looks about half the size then the tree is assumed to be 60 ft
