OpenStudy (anonymous):

Obtion b?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm no. First, which word is the preposition?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Boat?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

toward the river bank

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or if not just the river bank

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the boat is an object. that means it's a noun. Turning ---> action ---> therefore, a verb. river bank---> object ---> again, a noun. Forget the 'the'. The only thing left is 'towards'. towards ---> expresses relation between 2 words/nouns ---> therefore, a preposition.
