You can always view the source of a web page. With Firefox, you press or (PC vs. Mac). Internet Explorer has "View Source" in one of it's menus. Find a page that has what you want and study it's code.

It really depends on what you are using for webcam software. For example: is it flash based, java based, etc?? Tell me more about what tools you are using.
