what are the ranges for Phi, Rho and Theta, where E is the region between z²=y²+x² and z=2*(x²+y²)
the biggest problem here is finding Rho.

I don't know the answer to this at all because I've never seen such sorcery, but what is this? I mean I get the polynomial type stuff but I have no idea what the Phi, Rho, Theta thing is.

it's from spherical coordinates, have to find them to solve the triple integral
