wat should i preffer to built ? an AM transmitter and receiver or a FM transmitter and receiver??

FM is best bcoze.this frequency modulation is high mhz frequency in compair to AM.& it is 9% of career singnal with generate signal. Fm is best,because one reason is we can transmit the signal at a long distance than any other modulation technique and other reason is very less noise effect.

That depends on the application. For applications in which BW is of more importance we can't go for FM like for video signals (we have to choose VSB) and if we can sacrifice BW for higher noise suppression we choose FM ( as in case of voice signals)..
