How do you factor 2x^2-9x+4 ? please help ! :)

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

that makes no sense @ayushprasad because when you expand it you would have 2x^2 -6x + 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@campbell_st , sorry I meant (2x-1)(x-4)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in the end arent i supposed to get the original problem ?(which is 2x^2-9x+4 ?)

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

you do if you use the correction that @ayushprasad has made
