The story is quite... interesting. I skimmed a little but the voice out of no where and the drop in room temperature seems to point to a spirit, apparition, ghost, etc. and I'm unfortunately not really big on ghost stories. However, your writing is fine and the dialogue seems casual enough to be at least believable. Well done.

I'm assuming it's not finished based on how it ended so abruptly and in the middle of a conversation.
