What a question. Basically it wants to know which graph represents the circle with the equation you wrote above. from the equation you can see the center is at (-1.5,-1) and the radius is 3, right?

Close but not quite, the graphs are kinda weird since they go by 2 and are so small. but i think A would be the right one
