How are t1 and t2 related? i.e. is t1>t2 or t1 13 years ago

t1<t2 air drag is proportional to v^2 and changes direction when object falls. air drag INcreases the average deceleration on the way up and DEcreases the acceleration on the way down. The distance is equal so time must be longer on way down.
