does anyone know about bode plot and all that stuff??

OpenStudy (ghazi):

it is used in control system design and drawn on logarithmic scale and different comparisons are made with drop in noise level of 3 dB

OpenStudy (ghazi):

basically, it is used as to see the frequency response of a control system

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know that...can i get some video lecture on it??

OpenStudy (ghazi):

i think you should get lecture notes from MIT open course ware and for videos there are a few on youtube and refer this book , Norman Nise for advanced control system and design, this book is excellent

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ook thanx....you know something about it??i mean hot to get plots and how to analyze??i started it today and i know very little about it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*how

OpenStudy (ghazi):

yes i have studied whole control system and i guess i will be able to help you my best in a week because i am going through this again ;) and for now i can give you a basic idea of bode plot and i think you must have studied root locus

OpenStudy (ghazi):

dont forget to learn, gain margin and phase margin, its very important

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i m the beginner...i just started it today and i have to have an exam about it,next week...stay close i n case i needed some help

OpenStudy (ghazi):

sure, i'll begin my revision too dont worry i got your back ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you wanna mention some book??my professor's presentations are hell not digestible

OpenStudy (ghazi):

get Noran S. Nise today, i bet you can learn it in an hour or two, get this book asap and this is enough to learn bode plot for exams

OpenStudy (ghazi):

*Norman S. Nise

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually i want something precise, since i m studying it under the course 'network analysis' its just one topic on bode plots

OpenStudy (ghazi):

hmm still its good one but i think Norman S Nise is very advanced but begins from fundamental and for a short review let me see if i have some right now, hold on

OpenStudy (ghazi):

here is the one, i guess it can help you fast and can guide you for a while ;) hope that helps you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ook thanku bro :)

OpenStudy (ghazi):

you are welcome ;) keep smiling ;)
