Yes! In this case, since it is a graph, it is y=ax2+bx+c.
If we know 3 points: (-6,7),(-1,2), and the vertex: (-3,-2), we can plug in these values for x and y and find a, b, and c.
So get me the 3 equations that we can solve for a, b, and c.
