Simple, just go with the one you find juiciest. Actually, it's a rubbish question..... as you should know the answer and not seek justification for your choice. If you don't know the answer do more research.

Sorry didn't mean to be rude. Ask 4 people who are interested in cloud computing will give you one answer and 4 people interested in wireless sensor nodes will give you another answer. I'm sure both subjects are interesting which match your goals/interests etc is the one to go for. Not what I'm interested in. Good luck ;D
