is there any simple way to solve it ? f(x)=6x/x^2-16 f''(x)=? i tried to find second derivate but it is too long
Maybe sometimes it take a long way
but it is really long
6x/(x^2-16)? so you got the denominator in 4th power?
Wouldn't this be the same as the second derivative of 6/x ?
i dont think so
Unless it is 6x / (x^2 - 16) instead of 6x/x^2 - 16
I guess it should be what he meant
Ah ok. Good luck :) I do not see any shortcuts here.
6x / (x^2 - 16)
this is the func
It's not so long, just the distribution take a bit time, I don't recommend you group into (a+b)(c-d) though. It would make it longer. But yeah, no particular short cut
i see right now 16 different number to add or subsract on top side :)
As expected, been there done that, and I hate this kind of derivative the most. Urg.
it makes me feel stupid to try :) it looks like wrong but it is not
im trying to sketch a curve i have to find second derivate of the func. and inflection points
Partial fraction may help
But it will make it simplier not short
thx clearly there is not short way to solve :)
It would help determine end behavior and asymptotes though
