what is the x and y-intercept of : x+y=9

OpenStudy (hba):

For x-intercept y=0 For y-intercept x=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The y-int is when x =0 (0,y) The x-int is when y=0 (x,0) So if you make y=0 in this equation, you get 9 for the x intercept (9,0) And when you do the same for x=0, you get 9 for the y intercept (0,9)

oh okay, thank you so much!
