a1x+b1y+c1=0
a2x+b2y+c2=0
find intersection of these two S.L.
formula is given in my book but i could not understand. so please help me...
x / ( b1c2 - b2c1 ) = y / ( c1a2 - c2a1 ) = 1 / ( a1b2 - a2b1 )
they found that by cross-multiplication. plz tell me how to find out it.... otherwise i know how to find out co-ordinates of point of intersection.

from here we can find x and y in general form.
OpenStudy (raden):
actually, x = Dx/D
y = Dy/D
