no.. u could get it from edx an MIT initiative with Harvard school of medicine.. OCW is an open source of study materials.. tat's it.. but knowledge here is just amazing and competitive with any other certified courses from anywhere..

I was also asking the same when I first landed here.. but forget the certificate...go through the resources and you will be amazed at the amount of information and its quality... its excellent...
