A security guard stands alongside the walkway watching this. What is your speed relative to the guard? a. 0.30 m/s b. 0.50 m/s c. 1.30 m/s d. 0.80 m/s Please help me understand!!! :/

the belt is, lets say moving towards north at 0.5 m/s and you walking towards south at 0.8 m/s. Your relative speed will be 0.8 m/s - 0.5 m/s = 0.3 m/s
