Mathematics 21 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

Factor completely: 3x2 + 2x − 1 (3x + 1)(x − 1) (3x + 1)(x + 1) (3x − 1)(x + 1) (3x − 1)(x − 1)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

First break the middle term such that when it is added it becomes \(2x\) & when multiplied, we get the product of \(3x^2\) & \(1\). \(\Large{\implies3x^2+3x-x-1}\) \(\Large{\implies3x(x+1)-1(x+1)}\) \(\Large{\implies(3x-1)(x+1)}\)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

Gt it ???
