How to solve this system of equations ? 2x + y - 3z=0 -2x+2y+z=-7 3x-4y-3z=7 Thanks ! :)

OpenStudy (mrdoe):

3 eq's with 3 unknowns, usually it is easiest to use elimination, but some people find substitution easier, whatever floats your boat.

thanks ! how do i use elimination i did it for the first two problems and i get 3y -2z=0 but then im stuck

OpenStudy (mrdoe):

you might want to use substitution for this problem since it gets hard to keep track of everything using elimination for 3 eq's, try using substitution on the first eq and see if it's looking easier after you get one variable solved.

I think i have to use elimination we did not lean it using substitution ! thanks tho !
