Look at this way... If 16 payments were made and they cost $1.25 a payment.. That would give you $20 on top of the amount paid which is $112.75 times 16

Solution: 16 monthly payments of $112.75 =16x112.75=1804

              $1.25 for every payment, total charge is 16x1.25=20

             The total cost is 1804+20=1824
