OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont understand how to do this\:

hartnn (hartnn):

can you find slope when 2 points on line are given ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think so, hah.

hartnn (hartnn):

so, you just need, 2 points of graph... one point is (0,-5) and other is (3,-3) now can you find slope ?

hartnn (hartnn):

The slope of the line through points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is given by : \(\huge m=\frac{y_1-y_2}{x_1-x_2}\) now, just put the values and find m.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3/2?

hartnn (hartnn):

you might have taken 'x' values in numerator.....its in denominator...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh.. 2/3? xD

hartnn (hartnn):

yes! thats correct :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Awesome ! Thank you soo much (:

hartnn (hartnn):

welcome ^_^
