for number 1 i agree with your answer, for number 2, if "before cardiovascular activity." is a possible answer i think i would go with that one, if not then I would go with using controlled movements. for number 3 i agree with your answer for number 4 i agree with your answer for number 5 im still debating hang on let me try and research it a little better
for number 5 we can narrow it down abdominal crunches these strengthens the core or stomach bicep curls these are upper arm mucels so this isnt right calf raises these primarily strengths the legs squats this would improve lower body strength - the squat is a full body exercise that trains the muscles of the thighs, hips and buttocks, quads, hamstrings, as well as strengthening the bones, ligaments and insertion of the tendons throughout the lower body. so after researching it, i would deffently go with squats for number 5
