OpenStudy (homeworksucks):

with what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here it is

OpenStudy (mrdoe):

multiply both sides by x and see what it looks like, i think you'll see what to do from there

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

an easy way it to put the fractions together subtract \[\frac{x -6}{x} \] from both sides \[-1 = \frac{x+4}{x} - \frac{(x -6)}{x} \] gives \[-1 = \frac{ 10}{x} \] now solve for x
