How would I factor by grouping x³-2x²+4x-8 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you identify what can be factored from the first two terms? If so, factor it out. Then factor the second two terms. Chances are you will end up with an expression that can be simplified.

\[(x ^{3} - 2x ^{2}) + (4x - 8)\] Write it this way for clarity

That's similar to what I was going for, Thanks!

Good luck !
