Surface water 21 Online

As for the drainage of surface water, even in areas of heavy rainfall is possible to measure effectively the dimensions of drain. But in areas where hurricanes occur, there is some kind of calculation for designing a drainage system? To at least try to minimize the damage. If anyone can send me any article on this subject I would be very grateful.
