Help Please ;) Which ratio forms a proportion \[\frac{ 18 }{ 38 }\] Answer choices: \[\frac{ 7 }{ 27 } \frac{ 24 }{ 44 } \frac{ 9 }{ 29} \frac{ 27 }{ 57 }\]

Look at the relation between the numerators of the choices and the 18/38, and the relationship with the denominators. It doesnt necessarily have to be multiplication or division, it can also be adding or subtracting. And remember, whatever operation is done to the top, must also be done to the bottom.
