Let f(x)= –5x – 4 and g(x) = 6x – 7. Find f(x) + g(x). –11x + 3 x + 3 –11x – 11 x – 11

OpenStudy (abb0t):

I THINK you are being asked to plug in those functions for x and add them. I'm kind of confused. f(-11x+3) = [-5(-11x+3)-4] + [6(-11x+3)-]

yeah i can't figure it out either.
