Isolate p by adding 1/2 to both sides, looks like this: \[p = \frac{ 2 }{ 3 } + \frac{ 1 }{ 2 }\] To add these we need a common denominator, the closest one is 6 so we change this to...\[p = \frac{ 4 }{ 6 } + \frac{ 3 }{ 6 }\] Think you can solve it from here?
