The Richter scale is a scale which measures earthquake intensity and is defined as (R=Log I/I^0) where R is the magnitude of the earthquake, I is the intensity and I0 is the minimum intensity used for comparison. What is the magnitude, R, of an earthquake if its intensity is 9.2x 107 times I0? (Round the answer to the nearest tenth.)
