And I know Liu Bang was from the Chu state... prince in that time the Qin empire was breaking apart. Most be Liu Bang becuase after the Qin it was the Chu to rule and they then founed the Han. (Chu state was one of the states in the grand war up to the formation of the grand Qin empire)
