Does anyone have a good tip for studying for a listening comprehension test?

First one could be listening to a reading in Spanish of a familiar text in English, of which you already now the story.
Second, listening to an audio book while reading along from the text.
Just listen to any well read audio file. If the original has proper grammar, you will be exposed to it.
The only this that is futile is to read subtitles from a Spanish speaking movie, those typist are the laziest creatures there are on this galactic sector.

This sounds like something for an AP Spanish test. (Correct me if I am wrong... but I have been there.)

From what I have learned from AP Spanish, I recommend that you FOCUS. I can't make it any simpler. Definitely focus. You will find yourself spacing out... do NOT let yourself do that.
I also recommend pretending that whatever you are listening to is the MOST IMPORTANT AND INTERESTING thing you have ever listened to. Pretend it's your favorite show ... but in Spanish ... and without images.
The last thing I will recommend is just grasping everything you can. You may hear something you don't understand, but it may appear in the questions and answers on the test. Let the test questions and answers be your guides to listening. That was what really helped me.

If you are more sure of yourself with the written form, and you are allowed to take notes during the test, try to write down as much as you can. You buy yourself more time to figure out words you "kind of" know, if you have taken good notes.
