from the information at this source http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_are_the_functions_of_lipids , I believe we can say that long term energy storage and hormones are under functions of lipids, that leaves us with enzymes and structures of cells, but protection of organs also suggest that structures of cells is probably also a function... i would choose enzymes, but i think @blues can confirm the right answer :)

I agree with Saso. Enzymes are always proteins (though not all biologic molecules with catalytic properties are enzymes - some RNA molecules, sometimes called "RNAses" share that particular property).
