On a right triangle I am given a Angle of 43° and two sides the opposite from the angle being 17.3 and the hypotenuse being 24.5 how do I find the other angle!

well the sum of interns angles of triangle is 180 ever.. so you hve a righttriangle (90°) and 43 °.... if you follow this law, it would be: \[180=x+43+90\] and clear x you will find the answer
